退款政策

14 天内，不问原因，全额退款
购买后 14 天内，发邮件到 support@xinfinite.tech 申请退款。邮件里写上你付款时留的邮箱，或者付款日期和金额，方便我们找到订单。不需要说明原因。
课程、会员和定制服务
- 课程：14 天内全额退。买课送的会员码激活过也一样，退款以后会员停止。
- 月卡：没激活的，14 天内全额退，码作废。激活以后不退。
- 定制版：你把定制材料发给我们以前，14 天内全额退。发来以后，我们已经开始做，不退。
- 实战版及以上退款以后，买家专区的权限同时收回。
多久到账
我们会在 2 个工作日内处理。钱退回你付款用的支付宝账户，到账时间以支付宝为准。
超过 14 天
超过 14 天一般不再退款。但是下面两种情况，超过 14 天也可以退：
- 文件内容有明显错误，我们不能改正。
- 文件下载不了，我们不能解决。
支付宝的退款只能在付款后 90 天内完成，这是支付渠道的限制。符合本政策的退款条件、但原渠道已经退不了的，发邮件给我们。我们会和你商量另一种可行的退款方式。
退款以后
这是数字商品，退款后请删除已经下载的文件。
Refund Policy

Full refund in the first 14 days, no questions asked
In the first 14 days after purchase, email support@xinfinite.tech for a refund. Include the email address you used at checkout, or the payment date and sum, so that we can find the order. A reason is not necessary.
Courses, membership and the custom service
- Courses: full refund in the first 14 days, also if you activated the membership code of the course. The membership stops after the refund.
- Monthly cards: full refund in the first 14 days if the code is not activated. No refund after activation.
- Custom edition: full refund in the first 14 days if you did not send us your files. After you send them, no refund, because the work has started.
- After a refund of a Practice edition or higher, the buyer area access stops.
Timing
We make the refund in a maximum of 2 business days. The money goes back to the Alipay account you paid with. Alipay controls when it arrives.
After 14 days
After 14 days, we usually do not give refunds. But we refund after 14 days if the content has a clear error that we cannot correct. We also refund after 14 days if you cannot download the files and we cannot correct the problem.
Alipay refunds are possible only in the 90 days after payment. This is a limit of the payment method. If you qualify for a refund in this policy, but a refund to the payment method you used is no longer possible, email us. We will agree a different possible refund method with you.
After a refund
This is a digital product. After a refund, remove the downloaded files.
