退款政策

14 天内，不问原因，全额退款
购买后 14 天内，发邮件到 support@xinfinite.tech 申请退款。邮件里写上你付款时留的邮箱，或者付款日期和金额，方便我们找到订单。不需要说明原因。
多久到账
我们会在 2 个工作日内处理。钱退回你付款用的支付宝账户，到账时间以支付宝为准。
超过 14 天
超过 14 天一般不再退款。但下面两种情况，超过 14 天也可以退：
- 文件内容有明显错误，我们没法改正；
- 文件下载不了，我们没法解决。
支付宝的退款只能在付款后 90 天内办理，这是支付渠道的限制。
退款以后
这是数字商品，退款后请删除已经下载的文件。

Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked
Within 14 days of purchase, email support@xinfinite.tech to request a refund. Include the email address you used at checkout, or the payment date and amount, so we can find the order. No reason needed.
Timing
We process requests within 2 business days. The money goes back to the Alipay account you paid with; when it arrives depends on Alipay.
After 14 days
Refunds are generally not available after 14 days, except when the content has a clear error we cannot correct, or the files cannot be downloaded and we cannot fix it.
Alipay refunds can only be issued within 90 days of payment; this is a limit of the payment method.
After a refund
This is a digital product; please delete the downloaded files after a refund.
