1. Seller

Xinfinite LLC sells the products on this website. Xinfinite LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Registered address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For questions, email support@xinfinite.tech.

2. Products

This website sells two kinds of downloadable digital products.

The first kind is guides about U.S. companies and tax IDs: "U.S. LLC Formation Kit", "U.S. LLC Annual Compliance Kit", "U.S. ITIN Guide" (September 2026 edition), individually or as a bundle. Each product contains PDF guides and template files.

The guides are general information. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice for your situation. We do not form companies, open accounts, or apply for ITINs. We do not file forms for you, and we do not give one-on-one consultation. We are not affiliated with the IRS or with government agencies.

The second kind is "AI Coding Workflow Handbook", interactive courses in Chinese. There are two courses, sold separately: one for Claude Code (Basic, Practice and Flagship editions) and one for Codex (the same editions and a Custom edition). Each edition contains the course files, templates and tools of that edition.

The courses are independent publications. We are not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI. We do not sell, resell or provide access to any AI service, account, subscription or API credit. You need your own account, and the exercises use your own usage.

3. Price and payment

The prices are "U.S. LLC Formation Kit" US$29, "U.S. LLC Annual Compliance Kit" US$29, "U.S. ITIN Guide" US$19, and the formation and compliance kits together US$45. The prices of the courses and of the monthly membership cards are on the course pages and the membership page.

All are one-time payments, with no automatic renewal. Payment is by Alipay. Alipay charges you in Chinese yuan at its exchange rate at the time of payment. Stripe is the payment processor. We do not see your Alipay account details.

4. Delivery

After payment, you go directly to the download page. Keep its address. The activation codes of courses and cards are on the download page and in the email. If you have trouble with the download, email us. We will reply and send the files in a maximum of 2 business days.

5. Refunds

Email us in the first 14 days after purchase for a refund to the payment account you used. Special rules apply to monthly cards and the custom service. See the Refund Policy.

6. Membership

Each course edition includes one month of membership of the same edition. A monthly card adds 30 days and is only for buyers of a course of that edition. Membership starts when you confirm the activation link that we send by email. Activate a code in the 12 months after payment. You can give a code that is not activated to another person. After activation, it belongs to that email address.

During the membership, you get the new versions of the course and edition that you activated. Practice members and higher also get access to the buyer area. When the membership ends, we do not charge you, and the downloaded course stays usable. If we add membership benefits, we show them on the membership page. If we stop the membership, we refund the remaining days.

7. Custom service (Codex course, Custom edition)

We review the configuration of AI coding tools in a maximum of 3 of your repositories. We write an explanation for your project, with silent screen recordings. We answer questions by email for 90 days after payment. The service is about software tool configuration only. It does not include your business code or calls.

You send configuration files, not source code. We reply in a maximum of 5 business days after we receive them. We take a maximum of 2 orders each month. We use AI coding tools to help with the review, so the files go to the provider of that tool. If you do not agree, tell us and only a person reads them. We use your files only for this service and remove them after 90 days.

8. Buyer area

The buyer area is a private GitHub repository. During a Practice membership or higher, we invite the GitHub user name you give us. When the membership ends or goes below Practice, we remove the access. The content of the buyer area is for your personal use only. GitHub's own terms apply to your use of GitHub.

9. License

Guides: you can use the files for you and your own company. You can print them and edit the templates. Courses: one course is for one person. You can use and change the templates, skills, hooks and the example repository in your own projects. You can also use the example repository to sell your own products. You cannot resell the files, share them publicly, or post them online for others to download.

10. Accuracy and updates

Guides: we checked the content against official sources. The guide gives the check date and the source versions. But rules and forms change. Check the current official versions before you file. If we find an error, we will correct it and send the new version to the email address you used at purchase.

Courses: each chapter gives the tool version it was checked with. The tools change quickly, so what you see can be different. During the membership, we send you the new versions of the course.

11. Limitation of liability

As far as the law permits, our liability for a loss from use of the product is not more than the price you paid. This does not change the consumer rights that the law where you live gives you and that an agreement cannot remove.

12. Where we sell

We do not sell this product to consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom. If you are a consumer there, do not purchase. If you made a purchase, we will refund you in full.

13. Governing law

The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, apply to these terms. This does not change the mandatory consumer rights that the law where you live gives you.

14. Changes

We can update these terms. The terms in effect when you purchase apply to that purchase.
