内容是一般性说明，不是针对你个人情况的法律、税务或理财意见。我们不代办注册、开户或 ITIN，不代你申报任何表格，也不提供一对一咨询。我们与美国国税局（IRS）、州政府、任何政府机构以及汇丰银行没有关系。
3. 价格和付款
《美国 LLC 注册懒人包》29 美元；《美国 LLC 年度合规包》29 美元；《汇丰美国开户懒人包》29 美元；《美国 ITIN 申请指南》19 美元；《注册懒人包》和《年度合规包》合购 45 美元。一次性付款，不自动续费。付款方式为支付宝，按支付宝当时的汇率折合人民币扣款。付款由 Stripe 处理，我们看不到你的支付宝账户信息。
4. 交付
付款成功后，页面会直接跳转到下载页。请保存下载页的地址。下载遇到问题，请发邮件给我们，我们会在 2 个工作日内回复并把文件发给你。
5. 退款
购买后 14 天内，不论原因，发邮件申请即可全额退款，退回原付款账户。详见退款政策。
6. 使用许可
购买后，你可以为你自己和你自己的公司使用这些文件，可以打印，可以修改模板。你不可以转售，不可以公开分享，也不可以放到网上供他人下载。
7. 内容准确性和更新
我们按官方原文核对过内容，核对日期和依据的版本写在指南里。但法规和表格会变，填表前请对照官方的最新版本。发现内容有错，我们会改正，并把新版本发到你购买时留的邮箱。
8. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，我们对因使用本商品产生的损失承担的责任，以你为本商品实际支付的金额为限。本条不影响你所在地法律赋予消费者、不能通过约定排除的权利。
9. 销售范围
我们不向欧盟和英国的个人消费者销售本商品。如果你是欧盟或英国的个人消费者，请不要购买；如果已经购买，我们会全额退款。

This website sells downloadable digital products: "U.S. LLC Formation Kit", "U.S. LLC Annual Compliance Kit", "HSBC US Account Kit", "U.S. ITIN Guide" (September 2026 edition), individually or as a bundle. Each contains PDF guides and template files, described on its product page.
They are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation. We do not form companies, open accounts or apply for ITINs, do not file any form on your behalf and do not provide one-on-one consulting. We are not affiliated with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), any state, any government agency or HSBC.
3. Price and payment
Prices: "U.S. LLC Formation Kit" US$29; "U.S. LLC Annual Compliance Kit" US$29; "HSBC US Account Kit" US$29; "U.S. ITIN Guide" US$19; formation and compliance kits together US$45. One-time payment, no automatic renewal. Payment is by Alipay, charged in Chinese yuan at Alipay's exchange rate at the time. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see your Alipay account details.
4. Delivery
After payment you are taken directly to the download page. Please keep its address. If you have trouble downloading, email us and we will reply and send the files within 2 business days.
5. Refunds
Full refund on request within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, to the original payment method. See the Refund Policy.
6. License
You may use the files for yourself and your own company, print them and edit the templates. You may not resell them, share them publicly, or post them online for others to download.
7. Accuracy and updates
We checked the content against official sources; the date and versions are stated in the guide. Rules and forms change — check the current official versions before you file. If we find an error, we will correct it and send the new version to the email address you used when purchasing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from use of the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law where you live.
9. Where we sell
We do not sell this product to consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom. If you are such a consumer, please do not purchase; if you already have, we will refund you in full.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer rights under the law where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in effect when you purchase apply to that purchase.
